Refund and Return Policy

Overview

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After this period, we will not be able to offer a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable products (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete the return

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Open CDs, DVDs, VHS, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records

  • Items damaged or not in original condition for reasons not attributable to us

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card issuer (processing times may apply).

  3. Contact your bank

Items on sale

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Substitutions

We only replace defective or damaged items.
To request a replacement for the same item, contact us at info@kronoservice.com and ship the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the gift was sent to the donor, the refund will be credited to him.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
