HARDCORD TECHNOLOGY Hardcord makes the fabric extremely resistant to abrasion. A special process using nylon (polyamide) creates a highly resistant grid structure made of Cordura® material (28% elastane, 72% Cordura®). This composition creates a much thicker, more resistant, and more flexible layer. Tested for abrasion and cut resistance, it has demonstrated extreme resistance up to an impact of 45 km/h.
